UX/UI Designer

We are on the lookout for an exceptional Senior UI/UX Designer to spearhead the creation of user-friendly, visually appealing, and captivating experiences for both web and mobile applications. As a pivotal member of our design team, you will significantly influence our product strategy, guide junior designers, and work in tandem with various teams to deliver user-focused solutions., * Oversee the complete design workflow from user research through to final UI design and implementation.

• Convert intricate product specifications into user-friendly and adaptable experiences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Perform and evaluate user research and usability tests to guide design choices.
• Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to create and execute innovative solutions.
• Create and uphold design systems, patterns, and documentation to maintain product consistency.
• Mentor and provide design support to junior designers.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies to infuse fresh ideas into the team.

• Minimum of 5 years in UI/UX design with a robust portfolio demonstrating comprehensive product design.
• Expertise in design software such as Figma.
• Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability assessments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design ideas and rationale.
• Capability to balance user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations.
• Experience in agile product teams is advantageous.
