Remote UX/UI Designer - Part Time & Full Time

We are seeking a creative and skilled UX/UI Designer to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences for a variety of platforms, ensuring that our tools and communications are both user-friendly and effective. This position is fully remote, and we are pleased to offer both full-time and part-time opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex requirements and concepts into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
• Design and deliver elegant and user-centred interfaces for our web platforms, internal applications, and other digital products.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with researchers, product managers, and developers to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, including style guides, patterns, and component libraries.
• Advocate for user-centred design principles and best practices throughout the organisation.
• Analyse user feedback and activity to iterate and improve upon the user experience.

• Proven professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving skills, and visual design talent.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• A deep understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Experience working within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or scientific research sectors is highly desirable but not essential.
