You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to develop the roadmap, prioritize projects, and translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.

You’ll also lead and develop a talented technical team, bringing structure, accountability, and mentorship while remaining willing to roll up your sleeves alongside them when needed.

Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric Data architecture modernization and data modeling experience Strong understanding of Power BI and enterprise reporting environments Technical foundation in IT, Data Engineering, BI, or Data Architecture Ability to understand complex data flows across multiple enterprise systems Strong business acumen and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience leading, mentoring, or developing technical professionals Organized, collaborative leadership style with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on

Experience within manufacturing, transportation, logistics, distribution, or another operationally complex environment is especially valuable.
