Scrum Master 2 - Contingent

• Facilitate and lead all Scrum ceremonies.
• Guide team members on Scrum and Agile best practices.
• Identify, monitor, and help resolve delivery impediments.
• Track sprint progress against planned commitments.
• Monitor velocity, burndown, capacity, and sprint health metrics.
• Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a well-groomed backlog.
• Ensure adherence to Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Communicate sprint results, risks, and escalations to stakeholders.
• Report delivery status to management and governance committees.
• Drive mitigation plans and follow through on action items.
• Maintain Jira and Azure DevOps boards.
• Ensure user stories, tasks, defects, and statuses are accurately updated.
