IT Services Team Lead

As IT Service Team Leader, you and your team are responsible for our company’s operational IT services. In addition to your leadership role, you will actively participate in day-to-day operations and projects.

• Prioritization of day-to-day operations
• Planning of on-call schedules and cover arrangements
• Conducting employee, feedback, and development reviews

• Operational IT Services
• Active participation in operational IT services
• Handling complex service and support requests
• Managing ticket management
• Ensuring a high level of service quality
• Collaboration and coordination with external service providers
• Projects & Further Development
• Implementation of service-related projects and rollouts
• Collaboration on cross-functional IT projects
• Supporting the IT Project Management Office (PMO) with effort estimates and resource planning
• Collecting and tracking department-specific key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Continuously optimizing service processes

You will take responsibility for our service team while actively helping to shape our IT operations.

You will provide technical and organizational leadership to the team in day-to-day operations, actively participate in day-to-day IT operations, and take on complex or cross-functional tasks in particular.

To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a dedicated individual to serve as IT Service Group Lead (m/f/d).

• a degree in computer science or business informatics, or alternatively, completed IT vocational training with relevant professional experience
• several years of professional experience in IT service or IT support
• initial experience in technical leadership or coordinating employees
• strong service and customer focus
• Experience in IT service and ticket management
• A structured and self-directed work style
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
• Confident demeanor when interacting with internal and external contacts

The following are also desirable:

• Knowledge of the healthcare sector or the KRITIS environment
• Experience with ITIL processes
