Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate incoming compliance, security, and infrastructure requests
• Track projects, milestones, risks, and action items
• Gather updates and maintain leadership reporting
• Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-up activities
• Support infrastructure onboarding and application management efforts

This role supports application management, infrastructure onboarding, compliance activities, project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up across multiple technology initiatives. The candidate will support a portfolio of application management, infrastructure, compliance, and operational initiatives across multiple applications, ensuring coordinated execution, accurate reporting, timely delivery, and successful completion of required activities., * Experience in technology operations or project coordination

• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking
• Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, or similar tools
• Strong project planning, documentation, and status reporting skills
• Experience with RISE or Quartz infrastructure

• Prior work experience at the client or in the client’s industry
