This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, telecommunications, and technology systems across our senior living community while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Respond to IT service requests and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Wi-Fi, and telecommunications systems.
  • Set up technology for new employees, residents, meetings, and special events.
  • Manage user accounts, keycard access, and basic network infrastructure.
  • Provide technology training and support to staff and residents.
  • Assist with technology projects, inventory, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive IT support experience.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of desktop imaging, hardware deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Working knowledge of networking, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting iOS and Android devices.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including phishing awareness, endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, and password management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
