SAP Administrator

Working with the Warehouse Manager to identify and complete required administration tasks

Computer administration required to organise daily picking and despatch of orders

Organising/conducting weekly stock checks

Printing & Designing (basic) labels for Product identification

Understanding how products are made so production routes can be created, maintained and processed through our stock management software.

Maintaining and training good practice in the production environment

Maintaining health & safety and ISO 9001:2015 documentation

Example office tasks would be

Communicating with customers by phone and e-mail. Processing orders and resolving queries

Working with the Sales Manager to create and distribute product promotions.

Working with associated buying groups to make sure our on-line ‘Supplier areas’ are up to date

Using available resources to maintain customer relationships and help identify potential areas for growth or new business

Looking for a conduit between our warehouse and office to provide each department with more autonomy

Ideally we would like the candidate to have experience using SAP Business One software. This software is new to our Company and we are currently finding our feet so prior experience you be a good advantage.
