Job description
As a Warehouse Administrator / SAP Administrator, your duties may include:
- Processing warehouse and inventory transactions using SAP, ERP and WMS systems
- Completing goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers and material movements
- Ensuring system stock accurately matches physical warehouse movements
- Processing inbound deliveries and checking documentation against purchase orders
- Preparing outbound dispatch and shipping documentation
- Producing packing lists, shipping labels and warehouse paperwork
- Coordinating collections and deliveries with transport and logistics providers
- Maintaining accurate stock, shipment and warehouse records
- Supporting stock checks, cycle counts and scheduled stocktakes
- Investigating stock discrepancies and supporting inventory corrections
- Monitoring outstanding SAP, ERP or WMS transactions and following them through to completion
- Liaising with Warehouse, Purchasing, Planning and external logistics providers
- Writing emails and communicating clearly with internal and external contacts
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy, organisation and traceability across warehouse documentation

Requirements
This is a permanent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse administration, stock control, inventory or distribution experience who is confident using SAP, ERP systems, WMS systems and Microsoft Office on a daily basis.
This is not a basic admin role. The successful candidate must be confident working with computer systems, processing warehouse transactions, writing professional emails, organising documentation and ensuring stock and warehouse records are accurate.
Pharmaceutical experience would be preferred, especially GMP or GDP knowledge, but this is not essential. Strong SAP, ERP, warehouse administration and computer skills are the key requirements., We are looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics, distribution, stock control or inventory administration
- Are confident using SAP within a warehouse, stock or inventory environment
- Have experience using ERP, WMS or inventory management systems
- Are strong with computers and confident learning new systems
- Can process goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers or warehouse transactions
- Have good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
- Can write clear and professional emails
- Have strong organisation skills and good attention to detail
- Can work accurately with stock data, paperwork and warehouse records
- Are confident working independently and taking ownership of tasks
- Have a mature, professional and reliable approach to work
- Can communicate well with warehouse, purchasing, planning and logistics teams
Desirable Experience
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing or pharmaceutical distribution experience
- GMP or GDP knowledge
- Previous experience in a regulated warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting stocktakes, cycle counts or inventory reconciliation
Interview Process

Benefits & conditions
- £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Full-time permanent opportunity
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- 40 paid hours per week
- Choice of 8:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm shift
- 30-minute paid break plus 30-minute unpaid break

- 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays
