Job description
- TRACK System Management: Input, monitor, and update daily headcounts, crew sizes, man-hours, and shift allocations using the TRACK software platform.
- Timesheet Verification: Collect, review, and reconcile contractor or employee timesheets against gate logs and field reports to eliminate errors.
- Cost & Labor Reporting: Generate daily manpower, overtime, exception hours, and productivity reports for project controls and invoice approvals.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Partner with field supervisors, vendors, and corporate payroll to investigate missing punches, misallocated charge codes, or shift disputes.
- Administrative Support: Assist with onboarding credentials, badge/gate tracking, per diem allocations, and safety compliance records on-site, * Data Entry

- Managing employee legal documents & storing into company systems
- Working with Cos Tracks Client Admin on Billing Packages and Invoicing
- Daily Client Reporting & Meeting Timesheet Weekly Deadlines
Requirements
- Strong Timekeeping and TRACK System Knowledge
- Customer Service, * Experience: Minimum 2 years of timekeeping and data entry experience, preferably inside an industrial, refinery, or petrochemical turnaround environment.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with TRACK software, plus strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel and general office databases.
- Core Competencies: Extreme attention to detail, strong numerical/reconciliation aptitude, and professional communication skills under high-pressure turnaround conditions.
- Credentials: High school diploma; site-dependent requirements often include a valid TWIC card, safety training (OSHA/H2S), and background/drug testing., * 2+ years of timekeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Organizational Skills & Data Collecting Mentality
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Strong Computer Skills in Email Communication, Formal HR Language, Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, Google Drive, & Adobe.
- Pursuing Performance Growth and improve on a daily basis
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Preferred Microsoft Office Experience
Required:
- Proficiency with TRACK Management Controls System, * TRACK Timekeeping: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- English and Spanish (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- TRACK Management Controls Certification (Preferred)
