Computer Repair & Sign Production Specialist

Computer Repair & Technical Support

• Check in customer computers and devices for service
• Document customer concerns and repair requests with detailed notes
• Diagnose hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot Windows and Mac operating systems
• Perform repairs, upgrades, virus removal, data transfers, and system optimization
• Communicate repair status and recommendations to customers
• Maintain accurate repair records and work orders

Graphic Design & Sign Production

• Create and modify customer artwork using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Prepare production-ready files for printing, signage, and large-format graphics
• Assist customers with design revisions and layout adjustments
• Ensure artwork meets production specifications and quality standards

Customer Service & Front Counter

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide pricing information and service recommendations
• Process cash, credit card, and other customer payments
• Schedule repair appointments and manage workflow
• Maintain a professional and organized front office environment

• Strong computer knowledge and understanding of how computer systems work
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous computer repair experience
• Experience working in a print shop, sign shop, or graphics environment
• Knowledge of networking, hardware upgrades, and Windows troubleshooting
• Experience with large-format printing, vinyl graphics, or sign production

The ideal candidate is someone who is naturally comfortable around computers and technology, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently work with customers. You do not need professional repair experience, but you should understand computer hardware, operating systems, and common troubleshooting concepts. If you are proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator and have a strong technical aptitude, we can help train you on our repair procedures and production processes.
