· Implement and maintain administrative IT controls, with a focus on security and ITAR data segregation.

· Directly manage offshore software development teams in the Philippines, providing day-to-day direction, sprint/task prioritization, and accountability for delivery against project timelines and quality standards.

· Define and communicate requirements for custom software projects, translating operational and business needs into clear specifications that offshore development teams can execute against.

· Oversee development and ongoing improvement of custom inspection software, coordinating with engineering and operations stakeholders to ensure solutions meet production quality and workflow requirements.

· Drive business system automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline manual processes through software and overseeing development of integrations between internal systems including ERP, quality, and operational platforms.

· Knowledge of data segregation practices to support ITAR compliance and secure operations.

· Proven ability to lead and manage remote/offshore technical teams.

· Ability to manage software development projects without being a hands-on developer - sufficient technical literacy to evaluate work product, identify risks, and communicate credibly with development staff, but primary value is in direction, prioritization, and accountability.

· Experience translating operational or business requirements into software specifications, with the ability to bridge the gap between end users and technical development teams.

· Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts including version control, testing disciplines, release management, and documentation standards sufficient to enforce team practices and assess delivery quality.

· Experience supporting IT operations across multiple physical sites, including network infrastructure, site-to-site connectivity, and standardization of systems and processes across locations.

· Demonstrated experience with ERP systems, including participation in implementation projects and ongoing system administration. Familiarity with ERP integration patterns, data governance, and cross-functional business process alignment is strongly preferred.

· Proficiency in IT systems and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office and scripting capabilities (e.g., PowerShell, Excel automation) to support IT administration and reporting.

· Problem-solving skills with experience in identifying and resolving issues, implementing corrective actions, and improving processes to prevent recurrence.

· 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or IT management, with a demonstrated track record of managing infrastructure, vendors, and technical teams.

· Prior experience managing IT operations, outsourced vendors, or offshore technical teams is desirable.

· Prior experience in a multi-site IT environment, with direct responsibility for systems and support across geographically distributed locations, is strongly preferred.

· Hands-on experience with ERP implementation or administration is highly desirable; experience managing a full implementation lifecycle from requirements through go-live is a strong differentiator.

· Background managing offshore or distributed software development teams is strongly preferred, particularly in a manufacturing, industrial, or high-tech environment where custom tooling and business system automation are active workstreams.
