You will be empowered to collaborate, innovate, and grow-contributing to a culture that values diversity, continuous learning, and shared success., As a Learning Operations & Systems Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery and continuous improvement of learning operations and systems. You are responsible for the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), with a strong focus on SuccessFactors Learning, ensuring reliable, efficient, and user-friendly learning operations services.
In this role, you act as a central expert for LMS-related topics, supporting system enhancements, resolving issues, and enabling global learning initiatives through effective system setup and operational support. You collaborate closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and external service providers, advising on system capabilities and helping to implement best practices within established frameworks and standards.
Additionally, you ensure high-quality process documentation, compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and contribute to governance and continuous improvement initiatives within learning operations.
This position is ideal for a hands-on, system-oriented professional with a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for driving innovation and process excellence in digital learning environments.
Reporting to the ‘Global Head of Learning Operations’ (based in Munich), you will be responsible for the following:
Your Job
- Ensuring smooth and effective delivery of learning operations by coordinating learning activities, maintaining accurate learning records, and supporting the learner and stakeholder experience through the effective use of the global Learning Management System and related tools
- Driving continuous improvement of learning processes and programs by coordinating system updates and testing, gathering system requirements, managing learning data and reporting requirements, and contributing to learning-related projects, as well as change and migration initiatives
- Ensuring smooth learning operations by troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with HR, IT, and external service providers
- Advising stakeholders on LMS capabilities and best practices within defined frameworks and system standards
- Generating and analyzing learning data and KPIs, providing insights to improve operational efficiency and training effectiveness
- Creating and maintaining process documentation, system guides, and knowledge materials to ensure consistent operations
- Ensuring compliance of training administration and processes with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Supporting the design and implementation of governance frameworks, controls, and system standards in learning operations
- Identifying and supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to learning and other HR systems and operational processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Professional experience in Learning Operations, LMS administration, HR systems, or a comparable role
- Solid understanding of HR systems and learning technologies ecosystem
- Proven hands-on administration experience with SuccessFactors Learning
- Familiarity with service and knowledge management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar)
- Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or upgrades
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data handling and reporting
- Experience working in a matrix organization with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset
