Systems Co-ordinator

• Lead the day-to-day administration, maintenance and development of the HRIT system and associated systems.
• Produce HR KPI data, management information and bespoke reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, providing clear insights for senior stakeholders and the Executive Team.
• Improve system workflows, automation and HR operational processes.
• Lead on HRIT audits and deliver recommendations within agreed timescales.
• Produce process documentation, user guides and process flows.
• Train and coach colleagues and managers on HR systems and reporting.
• Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems and respond to queries and information requests.
• Ensure systems and processes meet UK legal and statutory requirements.
• Provide data for statutory reporting, including ONS surveys.
• Support ad hoc projects and the wider People & Culture team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong HR operational background who has specialised in HR systems, reporting and data analysis., * Essential experience using IRIS/CASCADE.

• Strong HR operational background with experience specialising in HR systems and reporting.
• CIPD Level 5.
• Experience using Power BI and creating dashboards.
• Able to analyse complex data and provide meaningful insights and reports to senior management.
• Experience creating user guides and delivering training.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to work at pace and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment., * IRIS/CASCADE: 1 year (required)
