Workday Learning Implementation and Operations Lead

Epitec is seeking an experienced Workday Learning Implementation & Operations Lead to support a large-scale Workday Learning deployment. This role will serve as the internal subject matter expert and business owner for Workday Learning, partnering with Learning & Development, HR, Compliance, IT, and implementation consultants to ensure a successful launch and long-term operational success of the platform., * Lead and support Workday Learning implementation activities, including business requirements gathering, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization.

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and Workday implementation partners.
• Manage learning governance, content organization, learner audiences, assignment strategies, and compliance training programs.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics related to learning and compliance.
• Support Workday Learning integrations, including Udemy Business.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize learner experience and platform effectiveness., * 24 hours per week with availability Monday through Friday during business hours.
• Immediate start preferred.

• Workday Learning certification or advanced Workday Learning administration experience.
• Experience serving as a business owner, administrator, or lead during a Workday Learning implementation.
• Experience supporting LMS implementations, UAT, launch readiness, and stabilization activities.
• Experience with Udemy Business administration and integration management.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide compliance training programs.
• Experience developing learning governance frameworks and operational standards.
• Experience working within large, complex, matrixed organizations.
• 3-5+ years of Workday experience.
