Job description

Join a dynamic, fast-paced team as a Data Analyst and play a vital role in transforming raw data into actionable insights for business growth. This is a first-shift, full-time contract position (7am 4pm or 8am 5pm) ideal for analytical self-starters eager to launch or advance their careers in data analytics. Work in a collaborative environment with opportunities to learn new technologies and grow your expertise in data management and business intelligence. Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and data visualizations using Excel, Access, Power BI
Prepare and present clear, concise reports for stakeholders across departments
Manage and maintain databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy and data integrity
Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely analysis and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and improve data processes
Assist with ERP and LIMS system data management as needed
Uphold data quality standards in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI
Strong statistical analysis, data visualization, and reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Database management experience
Fluent in English (written and spoken) Preferred Skills
Relevant certifications in data analysis, statistics, or business intelligence
Experience with ERP and LIMS systems
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs
