IT Support Specialist

• Installs and supports PC hardware, PC operating system software, and PC software
• Assists users with PC, network, and phone problems (hardware and software)
• Orders and installs PC peripheral equipment
• Assists with project management, resource planning, and system monitoring and troubleshooting
• Develops and maintains documentation
• Continually searches for ways to improve processes
• Other duties as assigned

• At least 2 years of PC troubleshooting experience

Skills and Abilities:

• Must have strong PC hardware/software knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server
• Use of Active Directory to create and manage domain users
• Troubleshoot network and/or local printer problems
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities at once
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish effective working relationships
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and strong problem-solving skills
• Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong service orientation and customer service skills, * 1-3 years of experience in IT, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes
• Demonstrate effective written, verbal, and technical communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Travel to branch offices will be required
