As a CRM & Sales Process Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling our sales teams and customer-facing functions work more effectively. You will be the go-to person for CRM-related questions, helping colleagues turn customer insights and business opportunities into action. Working at the intersection of business and IT, you will ensure that business needs are clearly understood and translated into system improvements. Your support will help drive better customer experiences, stronger sales processes, and more efficient ways of working. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with different stakeholders, and continuously developing their expertise in CRM and sales processes., * Support sales teams and customer-facing functions with CRM-related questions to improve daily operations and user experience.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for IT teams to support system enhancements and process improvements.
- Analyze CRM and sales process challenges and recommend practical solutions that enable business growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to ensure consistent and effective use of CRM tools and processes.
- Monitor and improve CRM-related workflows to help sales teams identify and manage customer opportunities more efficiently., 1. Build valuable expertise in CRM systems, sales operations, and business processes while collaborating with sales, business, and IT stakeholders across a global organization. 2. Requirements
- Experience working with a CRM platform, such as Salesforce, or in a sales process, business process, or sales operations environment.
- Ability to understand business needs and communicate them clearly to both business and IT stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset with a genuine willingness to help others.
- Confidence working with business systems and data in a structured and detail-oriented way.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams in an international environment.
