Job description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to support the assessment, design, and optimization of ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture, Demand Management, and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) capabilities within a large enterprise environment., ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture & CSDM
- Assess current ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture capabilities and CSDM alignment.
- Review and provide recommendations related to Business Applications, Business Capabilities, Service Instances, Technical Services, Software Models, and related architecture records.
- Identify configuration gaps, data quality risks, governance concerns, and platform optimization opportunities.
- Recommend improvements to architecture processes, data models, and reporting capabilities.
Demand Management & Intake Process Design
- Design and document an end-to-end technology demand intake process using ServiceNow Demand Management.
- Define demand lifecycle stages, required intake fields, review criteria, approval workflows, and routing procedures.
- Create sustainable, auditable processes that support future automation and operational maturity.
- Develop SOPs, process maps, decision trees, and governance documentation.
Architecture Governance & Technical Review
- Support architecture review and governance processes for new technology and service requests.
- Define screening, prioritization, review criteria, stakeholder involvement, and disposition procedures.
- Establish processes for documenting technical recommendations, risks, approvals, objections, reuse opportunities, and decisions.
- Ensure review outcomes are captured through demand records, tasks, dashboards, and decision tracking mechanisms.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Gather requirements and drive consensus across multiple teams.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions, documentation, and recommendations for ongoing adoption and governance.
Requirements
This individual will partner with architecture, technology, and business stakeholders to evaluate current-state ServiceNow architecture, improve demand intake and governance processes, and establish scalable frameworks for technical review, prioritization, and decision management. The ideal candidate has experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Enterprise Architecture, Application Portfolio Management (APM), Demand Management, and architecture governance practices., * 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow architecture, governance, and process design.

- ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Demand Management
- Application Portfolio Management (APM)
- Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Experience developing intake workflows, governance processes, approval frameworks, and review board procedures.
- Strong understanding of business application modeling, service modeling, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience creating dashboards, reporting solutions, and decision management processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Enterprise Architecture governance experience
- Experience supporting Architecture Review Boards (ARB) or Architecture Round Tables (ART)
