IT Support Technician

You’ll be the go-to person for pro-actively monitoring systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring our clients’ IT systems run smoothly. What You’ll Do:

• Provide exemplary support to clients via calls, tickets, and emails.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT, website, and software issues.
• Assist in hardware configuration and remote support.
• Ensure client satisfaction with clear and friendly communication.

• Proven IT support experience
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving license, * Do you have experience with Office 365 experience?
• This is an office based role, will you be able to commute to Rotherham?
