Job description
- Planning and monitoring project budgets, analyzing cost variances, and providing regular reports on budget performance
- Managing projects-including those under the KHZG-from conception through sustainable implementation. You will assume operational and strategic leadership of projects
- Project planning (creating roadmaps and project structure plans)
- Project management (monitoring milestones using agile (Kanban) and traditional methods)
- Coordination and communication with external service providers and funding agencies
- Management of requirements from business units and coordination with IT and external service providers
- Analyses and reporting to third parties, particularly the funding agency
- Regular reporting to senior management
- Shaping digitalization and holistic transformation (change management)

Requirements
- You hold a degree in IT, business administration, health management, or a comparable qualification
- You have extensive experience implementing KHZG projects and other IT projects
- Certifications in Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, or ITIL are preferred
- Solid foundational knowledge of IT infrastructures, cloud technologies, or software architecture
- Proficiency in using project tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Trello
- You excel in organizational and communication skills
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
- You impress with your confident demeanor and enjoy collaborating with various departments
- You are able to explain complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable to non-technical people
