IT Project Manager (Digitalization / KHZG)

• Planning and monitoring project budgets, analyzing cost variances, and providing regular reports on budget performance
• Managing projects-including those under the KHZG-from conception through sustainable implementation. You will assume operational and strategic leadership of projects
• Project planning (creating roadmaps and project structure plans)
• Project management (monitoring milestones using agile (Kanban) and traditional methods)
• Coordination and communication with external service providers and funding agencies
• Management of requirements from business units and coordination with IT and external service providers
• Analyses and reporting to third parties, particularly the funding agency
• Regular reporting to senior management
• Shaping digitalization and holistic transformation (change management)

• You hold a degree in IT, business administration, health management, or a comparable qualification
• You have extensive experience implementing KHZG projects and other IT projects
• Certifications in Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, or ITIL are preferred
• Solid foundational knowledge of IT infrastructures, cloud technologies, or software architecture
• Proficiency in using project tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Trello
• You excel in organizational and communication skills
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
• You impress with your confident demeanor and enjoy collaborating with various departments
• You are able to explain complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable to non-technical people
