IT Support

• Provide help desk support by troubleshooting software and hardware issues for end-users.
• Assist with desktop support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems.
• Manage computer networking tasks to ensure seamless connectivity across the organization.
• Conduct software troubleshooting for various applications, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
• This position does require out of state travel. Potentially multiple times a month.
