Mainframe Hogan Developer

This position, within the Hogan application development and support team, provides complex technical support to data processing systems through enhancement of related software and processes. Develops software and procedures that improve processing capabilities. Analyzes, codes, tests, and implements in coordination with management, associates, and end users. Serves as production system support by resolving issues and ensuring ongoing functionality. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts or assist in special projects as needed.

4+ years of software development experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Hogan Core Banking experience

• Mainframe development background (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2)

• Experience supporting and enhancing enterprise applications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field with 4+ years of experience in software application development, enhancement, and support OR

• High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience in software application development, enhancement, and support o Advanced experience with COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, Easytrieve, JCL.

o Hogan (CIS, RPM, IDS, DDA, TDA, PAS, Umbrella)

o Familiarity with source code repository Changeman a plus.

o Experience with ServiceNow or other information technology ticketing system.

o Ability to build strong collaborative and productive relationships,

o In-depth knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodology (Waterfall and Agile)

o Previous banking experience is a plus

o Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a rotating basis
