Job description

  • Mitgestaltung der konzernweiten EinfĂźhrung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors
  • Analyse bestehender HR-Prozesse und Erarbeitung von Optimierungspotenzialen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen
  • Konfiguration, Integration und Optimierung verschiedener SuccessFactors-Module - insbesondere Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management sowie Learning und Performance & Goals
  • UnterstĂźtzung von Key-Usern durch Schulungen, Dokumentationen und 2nd-Level-Support
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Beratung der internen Stakeholder zur bestmĂśglichen Nutzung der SuccessFactors Suite

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der EinfĂźhrung, Beratung oder Konfiguration von SAP SuccessFactors (insb. Employee Central)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der modulĂźbergreifenden Integration innerhalb der SuccessFactors Suite
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
