IAM (Identity & Access Management) Systems Engineer

• Develop orchestrations, automations, and workflows in support of QTS’ Identity & Access Management Program
• Develop workflows that meet business, system, and security requirements
• Document and train end users and management on the process
• Develop automated workflows and service catalogs in ServiceNow
• Integrate disparate platforms and systems & ensure successful interoperability; API development and integration
• Partner with external vendors as needed to understand how to leverage their technology
• Lead effort to document workflows and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum five years of progressive IT engineering experience
• At least moderate level familiarity and experience with PowerShell and Python
• Familiarity with designing, building, and using API’s
• Experience managing Windows and/or Linux servers
• Experience with both waterfall and agile development models
• General understanding of networking and firewalls
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Flow Designer
• Experience managing objects in both on-premise Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), * Expertise around developing with ServiceNow (admin or development experience highly preferred)
• Experience working in a data-center environment or organization
• Experience working with secret/credential management (e.g. Cyberark)
