SITS Developer

• Developing and maintaining SITS customisations and integrations to meet institutional requirements
• Analyzing business requirements from education stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications
• Designing, coding and testing solutions within the SITS environment
• Supporting the implementation of SITS modules and system upgrades
• Troubleshooting and resolving SITS-related technical issues
• Collaborating with system administrators, business analysts and end-users to ensure solutions align with institutional needs
• Documenting technical solutions and maintaining code standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Proven experience developing or supporting SITS systems in a higher education environment
• Strong technical foundation in system integration and database management
• Experience with SITS customisation, reporting or configuration
• Knowledge of HESA requirements and higher education compliance frameworks
• Problem-solving capability and ability to work independently and within teams
• Clear communication skills to liaise with non-technical stakeholders
