IT Technician

• Provide technical support for local and remote users
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, Microsoft Azure/Active Directory, and Office 365
• Install software, maintain system updates, and support network performance
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and equipment
• Assist with IT projects, infrastructure improvements, and security initiatives

• 2-3 years of hands-on IT support experience
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure/Active Directory, and networking
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
• Associate’s degree and IT certifications (A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus
• Ability to travel occasionally within the U.S., * Help desk: 2 years (Required)

• Microsoft Dynamics 365: 2 years (Required)
