Job description

As an ERP Project Executive Assistant, you will benefit from:

As an ERP Project Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and project documentation
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums, including steering committees
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, minutes, and action trackers
  • Track actions, risks, and dependencies, chasing owners for updates against agreed deadlines

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Project Administration, PMO, Executive Assistant, or Programme Support roles
  • Experience supporting business transformation or ERP implementation projects
  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, plus experience with Microsoft Project
  • Experience within distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain businesses is desirable

Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE - 6 month FTC
