Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented NOC Specialist to support a population of customer service representatives and corporate support associates. This role is responsible for providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting end users both onsite and remotely., * Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via helpdesk, chat, phone, voicemail, and email

  • Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Perform password resets, account unlocks, and basic account support
  • Support VPN setup, troubleshooting, and account management
  • Assist with call center software issues and user support
  • Support onboarding of new users and equipment deployment
  • Maintain and update asset tracking systems
  • Image, format, and re-image new and returned devices
  • Manage Active Directory tasks including user creation, removal, and group assignments
  • Ensure systems and users are properly configured and supported

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related field preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with laptop/PC imaging and configuration
  • Basic networking knowledge including WiFi and VPN troubleshooting
  • Experience with Active Directory (user accounts, groups, permissions)
  • Ability to support users both onsite and remotely
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain patient and professional with non-technical users
  • Strong dependability and consistent attendance
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or IT certifications preferred
  • 2+ years in IT-related field preferred
