Design Engineer

• Design equipment that will be used in the hydraulic fracturing process. This equipment must meet or exceed the customer’s technical, functional, and aesthetic requirements.
• Work closely with the customer during the design process to ensure that they are satisfied with the equipment being designed.
• Participate in design reviews with the customer and be able to receive and provide constructive feedback to improve designs.
• Use SolidWorks to create models and detailed drawings to ensure the shops clearly understand what they are fabricating and how they are fabricating the part.
• Design and create detailed drawings for parts used to modify existing equipment to make improvements or make the equipment work in this ever-evolving industry.
• Utilize FEA to perform analysis on designs to ensure the customer can safely and efficiently operate the equipment.
• Learn the fabrication process so that you know how to build the equipment you are designing. This will lead you to designing equipment that can be efficiently manufactured.
• Assist in the build process by providing technical support and troubleshooting during assembly.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Driven individual who wants to expand on their current knowledge and skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must have integrity and a strong work ethic.
