Infrastructure Engineer

• Deliver 3rd line infrastructure support across our business
• Provision, administer, and support Windows Server environments
• Administer our VMware infrastructure, including virtual machines and storage capacity management
• Monitor infrastructure performance, investigate alerts, and resolve incidents
• Apply OS patches, remediate vulnerabilities, and manage antivirus protection
• Monitor backups, perform restore testing, and support disaster recovery activities
• Manage user access, server certificates, and core infrastructure services
• Implement approved infrastructure changes and maintain technical documentation
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency

• DevOps, We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to provide infrastructure support across our business while managing server, storage, and networking issues. This is a contract role based in London on a hybrid basis, supporting a Microsoft server environment and handling key infrastructure responsibilities across the organization.

• Strong Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022 administration experience
• VMware vSphere, ESXi, or vCenter management experience
• Relevant networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
• Infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting experience
• Backup and recovery technologies experience
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Ability to commute to our London office on a hybrid basis
