Requirements

* Strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend. * Experience developing applications using Workday Extend App Builder. * Strong knowledge of Workday Business Processes (BPs). * Experience with Workday Orchestrations. * Experience with UI development and data modeling. * Experience creating Custom Objects and field components. * Understanding of HRSS / HR Service Delivery processes. * Experience with workflow automation. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills * Experience with Workday HCM. * Experience with HR employee lifecycle processes, particularly offboarding. * Experience integrating Workday with third-party/legacy HR systems. * Experience with HR technology modernization or HRSS tools consolidation. * Knowledge of Workday security and integration concepts. * Experience working in Agile development environments.

Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Technology, or a related field preferred. * 5+ years of experience in Workday development/consulting, with strong hands-on experience in Workday Extend. * Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Workday Extend applications from requirements through deployment.
