Workday Extend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Workday Extend Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and workflow solutions within the Workday platform. The role will focus on HRSS tools consolidation, offboarding administration, UI development, data modeling, and workflow automation using Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrations., The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the Workday Extend App Builder framework, custom business processes, custom objects, dynamic UI components, and orchestration-based automation., 1. Custom Application & Workflow Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend.
• Build applications to automate and streamline employee offboarding administration workflows.
• Consolidate legacy HRSS tools into modern, scalable Workday Extend applications.
• Translate HR business requirements into technical application designs and solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, HRIS, and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.

1. UI & Data Modeling * Develop dynamic and user-friendly page layouts and application interfaces using Workday Extend App Builder. * Create and configure custom business processes (BPs) to support HR operational requirements. * Design and implement custom objects, fields, and field components. * Develop effective data models to support application functionality and workflow requirements. * Ensure applications provide a consistent and intuitive user experience.

2. Workflow Automation & Orchestrations * Design and implement automated, multi-step HR operational workflows using Workday Orchestrations. * Automate repetitive manual processes and minimize administrative intervention. * Integrate application workflows with existing Workday business processes and HR operations. * Develop orchestration solutions that improve process efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated workflows.

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend.
• Experience developing applications using the Workday Extend App Builder framework.
• Strong knowledge of Workday UI development and data modeling.
• Experience with custom business processes (BPs), custom objects, fields, and field components.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Orchestrations and workflow automation.
• Experience automating HR/HRSS business processes, preferably employee lifecycle
