Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Program Manager to lead large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives for a complex, multi-site enterprise.

The successful candidate will provide leadership across strategic enterprise programs involving Oracle ERP, POS platforms, enterprise applications, and cross-functional business initiatives. This role partners closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to drive execution, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable business outcomes., * Lead enterprise programs from planning through implementation, stabilization, and transition to operations.

  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across Technology, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Human Resources, and other business functions.
  • Lead or oversee Oracle ERP initiatives, with Cloud experience strongly preferred.
  • Manage ERP activities including integrations, data migration, testing, training, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Lead or support POS implementations, upgrades, integrations, and multi-site deployments.
  • Establish program governance, facilitate steering committee meetings, and provide executive-level reporting and recommendations.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and critical-path activities.
  • Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners, consultants, and third-party vendors.
  • Drive organizational readiness, change management, user adoption, and operational transition.
  • Mentor project managers and promote consistent program management best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, reporting, governance, and delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced enterprise environments and has a proven ability to successfully deliver complex, high-visibility programs., * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 15+ years of progressive enterprise project and program management experience.
  • Current PMP certification required.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong experience with Oracle ERP, including implementations, upgrades, migrations, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading initiatives involving enterprise POS platforms.
  • Experience with PMO governance, portfolio management, executive reporting, and program controls.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise delivery disciplines, including integrated planning, budgeting, forecasting,, change control, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
  • Experience managing implementation partners, system integrators, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support key business initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Financials, SCM, Procurement, HCM, EPM, or Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Experience integrating Oracle ERP with POS, financial, inventory, customer, or enterprise reporting platforms.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-location enterprise operations.
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, enterprise system consolidation, or large-scale business transformation.
  • Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Planview, Clarity, Power BI, or similar project portfolio management solutions.
  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour
