Job description

  • Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and business insights.
  • Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to measure product performance and customer behavior.
  • Build dashboards and reports using modern data visualization tools to monitor key business metrics.
  • Develop automated data analysis workflows using SQL, Python, and AI-powered productivity tools.
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to define KPIs and measure success.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Apply statistical modeling, causal inference, and advanced analytical techniques to solve business challenges.
  • Continuously improve reporting, automation, and analytical processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or Data Analytics within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau or Qlik
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar technologies to automate and streamline analytics
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Causal Inference and advanced statistical methodologies, * Experience supporting product-led organizations
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for using data to influence product strategy and business outcomes
