- Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Healthcare IT implementation projects from initiation through completion.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and deliverables.Coordinate project activities across internal teams, clients, vendors, and implementation partners.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders.Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.Manage project scope, ensuring all scope changes are documented, communicated, and approved.Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.Ensure projects follow PMO standards, governance, and project management best practices.Review project deliverables for quality and completeness before client delivery.Lead project debriefs and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.Maintain project documentation and support PMO process enhancements.Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Required)6+ years of Project Management experienceProven experience managing technical or IT implementation projectsHands-on experience with EMR/EHR implementation projectsStrong understanding of project management methodologies, including:Agile, Waterfall, HybridExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing project risks, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Microsoft 365, Jira, Atlassian productsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills., * Experience working in Healthcare or Healthcare IT environments.Familiarity with healthcare workflows, systems, and implementation practices.PMP certification or other Project Management certification preferred but not required.Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO).Client-facing implementation and vendor management experience.
Benefits & conditions
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
