Senior Technical Program Lead

Responsible for analyzing and directing IT related activities of the organization/program with managerial responsibilities for staff assigned to the IT department or program. Accountable for ensuring continuity of computer, network, and application services for users throughout the organization and customers’ external to the organization through planning, technical leadership, and project management.

• Provide strategic direction for all FA1 operations and transformation initiatives.
• Own automation roadmap and lead adoption of IaC, RPA, orchestration, and AIOps.
• Manage vendor relationships (AWS, Azure, VMware, Microsoft, Oracle).
• Coordinate with FA2, FA3, FA4 leads for integrated service delivery.
• Present at monthly PMRs, quarterly leadership briefs.
• Manage risk register and escalate critical issues.
• Oversee 24x7 operations and on-call rotation management.
• Drive year-over-year efficiency improvements and cost reduction., Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 8+ years IT infrastructure management experience with 5+ years leading large-scale automation/cloud transformation programs
• Public Trust Clearance(or ability to obtain)

• Expert knowledge: AWS/Azure cloud platforms, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• PMP or equivalent program management certification.
• Strong communication skills for C-level stakeholder engagement.
