Job description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer & Architect to support our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases. The ServiceNow Developer will support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services. They will design and develop self-hosted ServiceNow instances in support of an on-prem environment supporting the USAF. They will support configuring, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM capabilities within the platform. Provide technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integrations.

Requirements

Active DOD Secret Clearance

7+ Years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer

Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations.

Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules, as well as Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management,

Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)

Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.

Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.

Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.

Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.

o Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders.

At least one of the following certifications:

Certified ServiceNow Developer

Certified ServiceNow Administrator

Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or similar)
