Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and help grow our brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

The ideal candidate understands social media trends, short-form video, content creation, and audience engagement. You will help develop and execute our social media strategy while creating engaging content that showcases our brand, services, and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and posts
• Develop creative content ideas that increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness
• Stay current with social media trends, popular sounds, hashtags, and emerging content formats
• Assist with filming, editing, and organizing short-form and long-form video content
• Write engaging captions, titles, and descriptions
• Maintain a consistent social media content and posting schedule
• Monitor social media analytics and recommend ways to improve performance
• Research competitors and identify new content and marketing opportunities
• Collaborate with our team to create content featuring our services, treatments, and promotions

• Experience managing or creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and current trends
• Experience creating short-form video content; YouTube Shorts experience is a plus
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual content
• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar editing tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Marketing, communications, social media, or related experience preferred
