Social Media Specialist

Company: National Laser InstitutePlatforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTubeCompensation: Base salary based on experience, plus monthly performance bonus, Earning potential of six figures with bonuses!, We are hiring an experienced Social Media Specialist to grow our audience and generate qualified leads through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This is a hybrid role!

This is not simply a posting position. We need someone with a proven record of creating high-performing content, increasing revenues, increasing engagement and followers, producing viral videos, and generating measurable lead flow.

The strongest candidates will understand how to create different content strategies for each platform rather than posting the same content everywhere.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create, film, edit, and publish short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, posts, and longer-form content when appropriate.
• Develop strong hooks, video concepts, captions, headlines, and calls to action.
• Identify trends and adapt them to National Laser Institute’s audience and brand.
• Grow followers, engagement, reach, and video views.
• Generate qualified leads for our medical aesthetics training programs.
• Repurpose successful content appropriately across platforms.
• Manage the social media content calendar and posting schedule.
• Track leads, follower growth, engagement, reach, views, watch time, and conversions.
• Use performance data to continually improve content.
• Provide clear monthly reporting on results.

• Minimum 4 years proven experience growing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube accounts.
• A portfolio of content you personally created or managed.
• Documented results involving follower growth, engagement, viral videos, lead generation, conversions, or revenue.
• Strong video editing, storytelling, copywriting, and content-development skills.
• Experience with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
• Ability to work quickly, independently, and consistently.
• Experience generating leads through organic social media is strongly preferred.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, education, fitness, or another consumer-facing industry is helpful but not required.

Compensation

The salary range is based on experience and proven performance. Candidates with a documented record of creating engagement, growing followers, producing viral or high-performing videos, and generating qualified leads will start at the top end of the range.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
