Job description

Design, develop, and support Workday HCM integrations.
Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Extend, and Orchestrate.
Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, SFTP, JSON, and XSLT.
Support Workday modules including Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Compensation, and Payroll.
Develop Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, and Calculated Fields.
Support Workday Security and integration security requirements.
Design scalable enterprise integration solutions and patterns.
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support.
Collaborate with functional teams, HR stakeholders, developers, and technical teams.
Participate in testing, deployment, enhancements, and large-scale Workday implementation activities.
Provide technical guidance and support to integration teams.

Requirements

We are seeking a Senior Workday Engineer - HCM Technical with strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large-scale Workday environments and working as a technical lead or senior consultant., * 7+ years of HR Technology experience.

5+ years of hands-on Workday Integration development.
Strong Workday HCM experience.
Hands-on Workday Studio experience.
Experience with Workday Extend and/or Orchestrate.
Strong knowledge of Workday Security.
Experience with Advanced Reporting, Composite Reporting, and Calculated Fields.
Strong experience with XSLT, JSON, REST, SOAP, and SFTP.
Knowledge of enterprise integration design patterns.
Experience supporting large-scale Workday deployments.
Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Architect, or Senior Workday Consultant.
