Director/SME, Integration & Data Management Strategy

M9 Solutions is seeking a Senior Director/SME, Integration & Data Management Strategy to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active Public Trust clearance is required., * Design, develop, and oversee the integration and data management strategy for a government-wide Core HCM platform.

• Set the architectural direction for how the platform interoperates with the federal HR systems landscape, including the position that data exchange be direct rather than hub-dependent.
• Provide authoritative technical judgment on migration approach, data governance, records retention alignment, and downstream data use, including the client-operated Core HCM data.
• Advise client and government leadership on integration and migration risk at the program level.
• Set standards for API design, documentation, and government API access.
• Provide technical authority in governance forums, including Steering Committee engagement.

• Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
• An active Public Trust level clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree (Degree may be substituted with equivalent years of experience).
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 4 years of consulting management or related technology experience.
• Recognized depth in enterprise integration and data management strategy at government-wide or comparable enterprise scale.
• Demonstrated experience setting technical direction on programs of major complexity and visibility.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Federal HRIT or shared-service platform experience.
• Prior experience on a government-wide or multi-agency consolidation.
• Master’s degree.
