Salesforce CPQ Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will guide transformation initiatives across business and functional areas, from assessment to implementation, analyzing current processes and delivering future-state recommendations. You will develop key deliverables, manage cross-team coordination, and perform data analysis to support decisions and rollout planning. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to design new customer-focused experiences, enabling sustained growth for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Support transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation across business and functional areas * Analyze current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document future-state recommendations * Develop project deliverables such as workplans, process maps, status updates, and executive presentations * Coordinate across client and project teams to track decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items * Conduct data analysis and stakeholder interviews to support recommendations and implementation planning Tasks * Five+ years’ consulting and/or Lead-to-Cash implementation experience * Three+ years’ experience managing at least three large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Lead-to-Cash (CPQ/CLM/Billing) solutions, including ownership of the functional and technical solutions * Salesforce CPQ Certified * A Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% on average Key requirements *
