Program Manager II, AWS Applied AI Solutions Finance

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead high-visibility, cross-organizational initiatives at the intersection of AI and Finance, owning the executive engagement lifecycle and driving AI adoption across Amazon Finance. You will shape program mechanics that deliver consistent, high-quality experiences and enable senior leaders to work efficiently with customers. You’ll build a scalable, data-driven program with metrics, dashboards, and ROI insights, while fostering AI innovation and knowledge-sharing across the team. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence how AI-enabled finance programs scale within a global, fast-paced environment. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end executive engagement lifecycle (intake, speaker matching, readiness, and post-engagement follow-through) * Scale the program by enabling field teams to lead customer engagements end-to-end with finance participation where valuable * Design and maintain program mechanisms, docs, and rhythms for consistent customer experiences and efficient leadership time * Manage a speaker readiness pipeline with milestones, training, and shadowing for qualified finance leaders * Track success metrics, synthesize data, and produce reporting on pipeline health, ROI, and investment areas * Oversee AI transformation visibility across Amazon Finance, including cadence, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting * Foster AI innovation and knowledge-sharing by creating forums, channels, and show-cases for use cases and best practices Tasks * 3+ years of program or project management experience * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics * Experience using data to drive improvements * Cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams * Effective communication with senior leadership * Experience building scalable programs and repeatable processes using various tools and methods Key requirements * health insurance (medical, dental, vision) * 401(k) matching * paid time off * RSUs and sign-on payments * parenteal leave * adoption and survivorship benefits
