Information Security Officer

The Information Security Officer position requires IT and Cybersecurity knowledge in financial settings for a small operation of foreign bank branch. IS related certification (i.e. (ISC) 2 SSCP, CISSP, ISACA CISM, CompTIA Security+) a plus. The Officer will be processing reports in both English and Chinese. The responsibilities of the position are as follows.

• Prepare and analyze Cybersecurity Daily Report.
• Weekly clean desk check.
• Handle information security intelligence.
• Prepare IS monthly committee report.

• Prepare quarterly user profile and folder privilege review report.

• Prepare security training material.
• Work with vendors to prepare penetration testing and vulnerability testing report.
• IS audit/examination findings remediation and improvement.
• Third party service provider cybersecurity due diligence/evaluation.
• Cybersecurity risk assessment.

• Cybersecurity policy and program review and update.

• Assist IT assets inventory list.
• Prepare and translate above mentioned IS documents when needed. (Traditional Chinese to English; English to Traditional Chinese)
• Other missions assigned by the supervisor.
