Drive reliability qualification and production monitoring for optical communication products.

Track qualification lots through reliability stress testing and manage milestone completion.

Analyze reliability test results and generate insights to enhance product quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate failures and implement corrective actions.

Maintain dashboards and reports to communicate qualification status and performance metrics.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) with reliability analysis and best practice recommendations.

Utilize statistical analysis and AI tools for data evaluation and tool development.

Interface professionally with team members at all levels of the organization.
Requirements
-
BS Degree in science or engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, Materials Science, or related)
-
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, reliability, or product engineering
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
-
Familiarity with SQL and statistical processing software (e.g., JMP/JSL, Minitab)
-
Experience creating detailed reports and engineering documentation
Nice-To-Have:
-
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, reliability, or quality engineering
-
2+ years of familiarity with optical telecommunications terminology and test methodologies
-
Knowledge of reliability testing methodologies and industry standards (e.g., Telcordia, JEDEC)
