Job description
The Desktop Support Analyst will provide Tier II/Tier III end-user support for employees across corporate and in their data center. This individual will troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, software, and connectivity issues while ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests through the organization’s ticketing platform. Responsibilities include deploying and configuring Windows 11 devices, supporting Microsoft 365 applications, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, managing hardware lifecycle initiatives, and maintaining accurate asset inventory records. The analyst will also provide hands-on support for conference rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms technology, including displays, touch panels, meeting room PCs, cameras, and AV equipment. In addition to technical troubleshooting, this individual will create documentation, assist with user training, and deliver a high level of customer service while partnering with employees across all levels of the organization

Requirements
-
5+ years of experience providing Tier II/Tier III Desktop Support in a corporate environment.

Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 operating systems.

Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, peripheral, and connectivity issues.

Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference room technologies.

Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar platforms to manage incidents and service requests.

Strong knowledge of printer support, including both local and network-connected printers.

Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and mobile devices.

Experience with user onboarding, offboarding, workstation setups, and hardware refresh activities.

Excellent customer service, communication, and end-user training skills. - Knowledge of AV equipment, including touch panels, displays, meeting room PCs, cameras, and collaboration tools.

Experience troubleshooting meeting room and video conferencing issues.

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar are a plus.
