• Develop comprehensive process maps and business analysis frameworks to identify improvement opportunities within existing workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, IT, and management teams to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives.
• Facilitate large-scale organizational change management initiatives by designing strategies that promote adoption of new SAP QM functionalities.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance enterprise quality processes.
• Provide expert guidance on project management, including planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and timeline adherence.
• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders through clear verbal presentations and detailed reports on project progress and impact.

• Proven experience as an SAP QM Consultant with a strong background in Sales and Logistics modules within enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and business analysis in complex organizational settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
• Background in management consulting or consulting firm experience is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading large-scale technology implementations and organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent verbal communication skills suited for engaging with executives and diverse teams at all levels.
• Familiarity with lean management principles, process mapping techniques, and enterprise solutions deployment.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and business development strategies.
• Experience in research-driven problem solving and client communication to support continuous improvement efforts.
