Business Analyst / Agentic Value Mapper

Serves as a co-delivery lead for the engagement, partnering closely with the Change Management Lead and Technical Project Manager to coordinate execution across governance, enablement, analytics, and engineering workstreams. Assess SDLC workflows and identify AI and agentic automation opportunities

Document developer journeys, process flows, operational workflows, and future-state operating models

Facilitate workshops with developers, architects, DevOps, product, and business stakeholders

Create value-stream maps and prioritize use cases by feasibility, value, and adoption readiness

Define acceptance criteria, implementation sequencing, and value hypotheses

Support governance reviews, milestone readiness, and executive reporting $55-$65hr

equired Skills

5+ years of experience in business analysis, value stream mapping, process consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise delivery

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, software engineering workflows, and developer productivity concepts

Experience facilitating workshops with technical, product, business, and executive stakeholders

Ability to document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, requirements, and acceptance criteria

Familiarity with AI enablement, AI-assisted development, automation, or agentic workflow concepts

Experience with DORA metrics, adoption metrics, productivity measures, or business value mapping preferred
