Cyber Security Analyst

Monitor and troubleshoot VMware and vSphere centers

• Collaborate and communicate daily with IT teams to ensure tasks are resolved and completed efficiently.

• Identifying network components

• Troubleshoot network issues including Core switches and Firewalls

• Work in an aerial lift to access network components as necessary

• Perform PC OS upgrades to current Windows Operating System

• Assist user base in understanding and setting up MFA

• Assist user base in understanding and setting up cloud drive

• Access Control configuration and troubleshooting

• Camera configuration and troubleshooting

• Safe Hands and Eyes

• Comfortable working in and upholding the standards of an Intrinsically Safe environment

• Send daily reports to manager

• Maintain installation and asset records.

• Maintain quality service by defining desktop standards; establishing and enforcing organization standards.

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a wide variety of tasks and experience in an enterprise environment. Candidates should expect a fast paced environment and will possess good time management skills to be paired with strong self discipline and motivation. Candidate should be willing to expand their knowledge base through learning and working in team settings. Candidate must have excellent customer service, strong communication, and organizational skills to help ensure success in this challenging environment., Proven work experience as an IT Security Specialist or similar role in an Enterprise environment

• Knowledge of identity access management, VMware, vSphere, Service Now, Cisco, Active Directory

• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus, * Cybersecurity: 1 year (Preferred)
